Three Little Pigs, the – A folktale about a trio of anthropomorphic swine who build their homes using disparate materials, each with differing degrees of success when it comes to preventing a pesky wolf from blowing their buildings down. Originally written in the med-aevum era as a holiday gimmick designed to sell bricks manufactured by the Folkestone Masonry Companye, the story caught on. In many dimensions, an animated film version of the tale is televised each sekkl around the time of the Autumnal Equinox harvest. Its viewing is a family tradition, usually featuring a feast with a pork roast as its centerpiece.
