📋 How does the form thing work?

Note bene — In order to keep accurate records on your activity, we have limited your use of the activity form to 1 response. The good news is you may update and edit your response as often as you desire.

There is a caveat, however. When trying to log into the form for the first time, you will be asked to use credentials for a Google account (such as Gmail). If you do NOT have a Google account, please contact us at OmniosophicalAcademy@gmail.com and we'll do our best to sort things out

If you have a Google account, your progress is automatically saved as a draft for 30 days. This means if you don't "submit" the form right away or need to switch devices, you don’t have to start over the next time you open the form. Important: If you’re offline, autosave doesn’t work.
If you do NOT have a Google account, you may have difficulty using this form and your responses will not be autosaved. This means that if you are filling out this form without a Google account, any progress will be lost if you close the window before tapping the "submit" button.
